Alexa Nicolle

Alexa Nicolle is a Folklore Master’s student at Memorial University currently working for Them Days as part of her co-op work terms to complete her degree. Before coming to St. John’s and working for Them Days remotely, Alexa gained her interdisciplinary BA in Narrative Studies and worked for museums and libraries in Winnipeg, Manitoba. With experience in preservation, artistic creation, and editing of many forms of digital and physical media, Alexa is passionate about telling, hearing, and keeping stories alive in all their forms.
Alexa is overjoyed to be working for Them Days with its rich history and welcoming people, and she cannot wait to learn more about Labrador and its inhabitants through her experiences with the magazine.
